Synopsis:

In colder of winter in the mountains of Zanskar, the Buddhist monks leave their monastery Phukthal for a month, to visit remote villages and to officiate the rituals of abundance. This trip is an adventure trying gay but that breaks the monotony of their monastic life and enable them to find friends and family. The small Kenrap, only eight years old, is part of the expedition. He chose to become a monk at age 5, when he remembered he was a monk in his previous life. This trip will be an opportunity for him to see his family. Shot in POV, Himalayan road to heaven is a significant dip in the daily life of monks Pukthal. During their incredible journey, we enter the intimacy of these men of all ages and we discover the route of the small Kenrap exceptional.
